Job Overview

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Promote OPD product portfolio to doctors, consultants, residents & medical staff.
Generate prescriptions through consistent OPD visits and product detailing.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers including HODs, residents, nursing staff & purchase teams.
Plan & execute CMEs, product presentations, and awareness initiatives.
Monitor and ensure product availability in hospital pharmacies/depots
for uninterrupted supply.
Coordinate with internal supply chain/distributors for timely billing, indent follow-up & replenishment.
Track competitor activities and share market insights.
Maintain daily call reports, doctor coverage plans & monthly performance tracking.
Achieve targets related to prescription generation and product uptake.
Uphold ethical promotion standards and maintain strong brand visibility.

Candidate Profile

Graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred), but not mandatory.
Freshers or 1-3 years experience in pharmaceutical/hospital sales.
Strong doctor communication & relationship-building skills.
Goal-oriented, self-driven and capable of handling hospital interactions independently.
Candidates from Noida/Greater Noida area preferred.
