Job Title: Senior Associate – Product (AdTech)
Experience Level: 2–4 years
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Product
Reporting To: Product Manager / Product Lead

About the Role:
We are looking for a product professional from the AdTech industry with strong technical and functional understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems. The candidate should be passionate about building scalable ad solutions, optimizing monetization, and delivering exceptional experiences for publishers and advertisers.
Resource will work closely with tech, operations, and business teams to drive product initiatives across ad solutions not limited to mediation, header bidding, and programmatic integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth for us by building ad solutions that helps our publisher partners to optimize their ad revenue yield
  • Own and drive product initiatives focused on programmatic monetization and ad delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and optimize ad-serving logic (e.g., waterfall, RTB, and header bidding).
  • Translate business and publisher requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
  • Partner with the Business and Monetization teams to identify and resolve implementation or performance challenges.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities in the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Continuously monitor product health and ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of ad products.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in product management or related roles within the AdTech ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising concepts like RTB, mediation, waterfall, and header bidding.
  • Knowledge of AdTech architecture including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers, Ad Exchanges, Networks, Publishers, and Advertisers.
  • Familiarity with tracking and performance metrics such as eCPM, CTR, fill rate, impressions, requests, win bid rate, latency, etc.
  • Hands-on experience supporting or servicing publishers — understanding their monetization challenges and resolving technical/product issues.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven, and cross-functional environment.

Good to Have:
  • Exposure to mobile app monetization or CTV/video ad tech.
  • Experience with Google Ad Manager, Open Bidding, or other mediation platforms.
  • Basic technical understanding of SDKs, APIs, Postbacks, and tracking mechanisms.
