We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate for our Mule Investigations team within the Legal, Compliance & Secretariat department. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in compliance investigations, with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations into potential compliance violations and ethical breaches.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation of investigation findings.
Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
Monitor and analyze compliance trends to proactively mitigate risks.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong analytical and investigative skills to assess complex compliance issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations.
Experience with compliance software and tools relevant to investigations.
Knowledge of legal frameworks and regulations applicable to the industry.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
