Job Description

As a Senior Associate Managed Services Operations Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in supporting internal service delivery teams to implement operational activities efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing shift rosters, monitoring operational metrics, and ensuring services meet the agreed service level agreements (SLAs). You will also be instrumental in identifying operational improvement opportunities, resolving client issues, and contributing to a client-centric delivery model that aligns with NTT's strategic direction. Key Responsibilities: - Support the management of shift roster and monitor all operations metrics - Ensure adherence to shift handover processes and manage escalations from clients - Dashboard key metrics and manage potential breaches - Contribute to meeting SLA levels and enabling cost-effective, client-centric delivery - Monitor operational effectiveness, develop improvement plans, and balance client needs with NTT's strategic direction - Collaborate with service teams to address client issues and propose solutions - Perform advanced operational tasks as required by leadership Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field - ITIL foundation certification - Moderate level of experience in managed service delivery within a large-scale technology services environment - Proficiency in managing customer escalations and objection handling - Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to changing circumstances - Capacity to work across different cultures and social groups About NTT DATA: NTT DATA is a trusted global innovator in business and technology services with a commitment to helping clients innovate, optimize, and transform for long-term success.
