Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate Managed Services Operations Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for supporting internal service delivery teams in planning, coordinating, and monitoring operational activities. Your main focus will be on ensuring effective and efficient service delivery to meet business needs for clients while continuously improving service delivery processes. Key Responsibilities: - Support the management of the shift roster and monitor all operations metrics - Ensure adherence to shift handover processes and manage shift escalations from clients - Dashboard key metrics and manage potential breaches - Contribute to meeting service level agreement (SLA) levels - Enable cost-effective, client-centric delivery that meets SLAs - Monitor support services" operational effectiveness and implement improvement plans - Balance client needs with NTT's strategic direction - Identify client needs, risks, and issues and propose solutions - Perform advanced operational tasks as required by leadership Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Business Administration - ITIL foundation certification (Note: Equal Opportunity Employer),
