Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate Managed Services Onboarding Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be a developing subject matter expert responsible for ensuring client account onboarding. Your role will also involve providing training and support to internal teams to reduce the onboarding cycle and enhance client experience. You will coordinate client onboarding activities and ensure successful adoption of organizational services. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the client onboarding process to reduce the cycle from onboarding initiation to invoicing. - Coordinate all aspects of the client onboarding lifecycle. - Provide client onboarding support through training initiatives. - Produce ongoing status reports on client onboarding processes. - Plan and facilitate engagement sessions with stakeholders in a service onboarding project. - Drive the completion of standard service onboarding against agreed timelines and budgets. - Manage and mitigate service onboarding risks. - Ensure smooth handover for service execution to the operations teams. - Perform any other related tasks as required. Qualifications Required: - Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - High level of initiative, accountability, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes. - Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a global team. - Willingness to learn new solutions, services, and technologies. - Proactive and flexible attitude to work across time-zones. - Developing expertise on service onboarding/transition management approach and methodology.
