Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Associate Managed Services Onboarding Specialist at NTT DATA, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include managing and coordinating the onboarding lifecycle, providing training and support to internal teams, and ensuring the successful adoption of organizational services. You will be a key player in driving improved client experience and reducing the onboarding cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate the client onboarding process to ensure a reduced cycle from onboarding initiation to invoicing. - Coordinate all aspects of the client onboarding lifecycle. - Provide client onboarding support through training initiatives. - Produce ongoing status reports on client onboarding processes. - Plan and facilitate engagement sessions with stakeholders in a service onboarding project. - Drive the completion of standard service onboarding against agreed timelines and budgets. - Manage and mitigate service onboarding risks. - Ensure handover for service execution to the operations teams. - Perform any other related task as required. Qualification Required: - Ability to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - High level of initiative, accountability, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes. - Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team in a global environment. - Ability to learn new solutions, services, and technologies through self-study. - Proactive, flexible attitude to work across time-zones. - Willingness to constantly review and improve skills. - Developing expertise on service onboarding/transition management approach and methodology. Academic qualifications and certifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field. - ITIL Foundation certification required. - PMBOK and/or Prince II certification(s) preferred. - Certification in Managed Services tools (ServiceNow, LogicMonitor) preferred. Required experience: - Moderate level experience in services onboarding/transition within a large technology services environment. - Moderate level Enterprise Service industry knowledge. - Moderate level project management experience, principles, and delivery.
