About the Role
We at Innovaccer are looking for a Senior Associate Atlassian who will be responsible for translating business requirements into well-architecture solutions that best leverage Atlassian tools. This role will be responsible for gathering requirements and architecting solutions to implementing and testing to providing maintenance, support, documentation, and training.
- This role will encompass the use of a broad range of domains (Monitoring, management, configuration and improvements of Atlassian products).

What You Need
- Capable of working in 24/7 shifts.
- This role requires availability on call during weekends and off-hours.
- Design, architect, implement, and document Atlassian solutions that align with business objectives.
- Administer, configure, and support Atlassian tools, which may include some or all of the following: projects, spaces, permissions, users, roles, reporting, workflow, project security, project schema changes, custom fields, issue security, scripting, Maintain integrations,add-ons, REST API.
- Construct custom dashboards using various filters and gadgets. Analyze and review current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.
- Write custom and advanced queries with JQL
- Monitor system performance, handle escalations, and coordinate with Atlassian support as required
- Deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (JIRA, Confluence, and others) and supporting common add-ons (Scriptrunner, Advanced Roadmaps, JWT, etc.).
- Partner with IT, PMO, Engineering, and Business teams to align Atlassian tools with business needs. Conduct periodic training and regular reporting of projects, metrics, and agile process adoption.
- Design and maintain custom projects, workflows, schemes, screens and configurations
- Ensure user issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all Atlassian product licenses and subscriptions and managing renewals
- Work with the budget owner(s) to optimize costs.
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks, best practices, and standard configurations across all instances and process improvements
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for configurations, processes, and governance standards.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and data security guidelines.
- Support audits and contribute to risk management processes.
What You Will Do
- 5-8 years of experience as a JIRA Administrator, including customizing JIRA projects with various schemes, complex workflows, screen schemes, custom fields, permission schemes, and notification schemes.
- Deep hands-on experience with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and common add-ons (ScriptRunner, Advanced Roadmaps, JWT).
- Strong knowledge of system design, architecture, configuration, and implementation of Atlassian tools.
- Proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) and REST API integrations.
- Ability to develop custom dashboards, workflows, schemes, and configurations.
- Skilled in system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalations.
