Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at RateGain, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within the hospitality industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential clients, generating leads through various channels like cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media. Your efforts will empower the Sales Directors to convert BCV's full-funnel digital marketing solutions effectively. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about full-funnel digital marketing, social media, possesses exceptional communication skills, and excels in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Utilize diverse channels such as cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media to identify and generate leads specifically within the hospitality sector. - Prospecting: Conduct comprehensive research to pinpoint key decision-makers in target accounts and introduce BCV's full-funnel digital marketing services and solutions. - Qualification: Assess leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate the value proposition of BCV's social media marketing services to prospects. - Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent communication and follow-up, gaining insight into their unique needs and challenges. - Pipeline Management: Prioritize and manage a pipeline of leads to ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to devise lead generation and qualification strategies, offering feedback on market trends and customer insights. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics. Qualifications: - Thorough understanding of buyer personas, their goals, challenges, and how the product can address their issues effectively. - Demonstrated creativity in outreach efforts, avoiding scripted or overly persuasive approaches. - Experience in cold calling/direct solicitation to schedule demo appointments for Sales Directors. - Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry or digital marketing sector. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their significance in hospitality marketing strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively. - Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools is advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
