Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining RateGain as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients within the hospitality industry. Your role will involve generating leads, initiating contact with prospects, and assisting Sales Directors in converting BCV's full-funnel digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about full-funnel digital marketing, social media, possess excellent communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation: Use various channels such as cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media to identify and generate leads within the hospitality sector. - Prospecting: Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target accounts, introduce BCV's full-funnel digital marketing services, and solutions. - Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate the value proposition of BCV's social media marketing services to prospects. - Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-up to understand their specific needs and challenges. - Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to ensure timely follow-up and progression through the sales cycle. - Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies, provide feedback on market trends, and customer insights. - Reporting: Keep accurate records of all prospect interactions and provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics. Qualifications: - Understand the buyer persona, their goals, challenges, and how the product can solve their problems. - Demonstrate creativity in outreach efforts and avoid relying solely on scripts or generic messages. - Proven experience in cold calling/direct solicitation to schedule demo appointments for Sales Directors. - Successful track record in sales or business development, preferably in the hospitality industry or digital marketing sector. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in hospitality marketing strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. - Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
