Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will be responsible for engaging with donors, managing relationships, and identifying opportunities to secure philanthropic support. Additionally, the role will involve coordinating events, developing and presenting proposals, and conducting research to support fundraising activities.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of work experience; candidates with fewer years may be considered if they strongly demonstrate the skills and abilities described below
• Strong skills in relationship management
• Experience in coordinating events, developing proposals, and conducting research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Humility, integrity, professionalism and positive work-ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in fundraising and donor engagement is a plus
• Experience in the education sector or non-profit organizations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus
