The mission of the IIMB Development Foundation is to carry this legacy forward by raising philanthropic support to advance IIMB’s mission in education, research, and public policy. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Senior Associate. The Senior Associate will be responsible for engaging with donors, managing relationships, and identifying opportunities to secure philanthropic support. Additionally, the role will involve coordinating events, developing and presenting proposals, and conducting research to support fundraising activities. Qualifications 5–8 years of work experience; candidates with fewer years may be considered if they strongly demonstrate the skills and abilities described below Strong skills in relationship management Experience in coordinating events, developing proposals, and conducting research Excellent written and verbal communication skills Humility, integrity, professionalism and positive work-ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in fundraising and donor engagement is a plus Experience in the education sector or non-profit organizations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus
