Senior Associate HR Business Partner

As a HR Senior Associate at Huron, you will be a part of the HR Business Partner team focusing on client needs, especially Managers, Associates, and Analysts. Your role will involve managing HR-related projects and activities to meet client expectations and business needs effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act as a resource manager and advisor to practice management on various HR matters such as performance management, coaching, new hire on-boarding, integration, and company policies. - Lead human resource processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent delivery to clients. - Consult with corporate specialists on pre-employment matters, relocations, work visas, benefits, leaves of absence, etc., and serve as a day-to-day point of contact within the practice to address employee HR questions. - Coach employees and managers on various employee relations matters, performance improvement plans, training and development, and advancement. - Guide the team in ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience for new hires and provide support for the performance management process. - Work with Resource Managers to match project opportunities with employee development needs and participate in Career Management. - Identify process improvement possibilities, analyze employment practices, prepare trend reports, and participate in improvement efforts. - Assume a key role in special projects such as testing/rollout of new products/services and foster teamwork and a positive work environment. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree required, HR Certification preferred. - Minimum of 6 years in an HR role, prior experience in the consulting industry preferred. - Prior experience in new hire integration, policy review, performance management, employee relations, and compensation administration.
