Join our team and shape your future. The HR Senior Associate, part of the HR Business Partner team, focuses on client needs, particularly Managers, Associates, and Analysts. You will play a pivotal role in managing HR-related projects and activities to meet client expectations and business requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a resource manager and advisor to practice management on human resources matters, including performance management, coaching, new hire on-boarding, integration, and company policies. - Lead human resource processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent delivery to clients. - Consult with corporate specialists on pre-employment matters, relocations, work visas, benefits, leaves of absence, etc., serving as a point of contact for employee HR questions within the practice. - Coach employees and managers on employee relations matters, performance improvement plans, training, development, and advancement. - Ensure a smooth on-boarding experience for new hires, providing post-hire follow-up and integration support. - Support midyear and year-end performance management processes with follow-up on individual performance issues. - Collaborate with Resource Managers to align project opportunities with employee development needs and career management. - Monitor employee morale, identify trends, issues, and recommend solutions to HR Director. - Participate in process improvement initiatives, analyze employment practices, prepare trend reports, and suggest development recommendations. - Contribute to special projects such as testing/rollout of new products/services. - Foster teamwork and a positive work environment by collaborating with other HR generalists, attending HR meetings, and participating in training workshops. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree required; HR Certification preferred. - Minimum of 6 years in an HR role, with consulting industry experience preferred. - Prior experience in areas such as new hire integration, policy review, performance management, employee relations, and compensation administration.
