Job Description

As a member of the Huron corporate team, you play a crucial role in evolving the business model to stay ahead of market forces, industry trends, and client needs. Collaborating with accounting, finance, human resources, IT, legal, marketing, and facilities management professionals, you support Huron's collective strategies to drive real transformation and sustainable business results. In your role as an HR Senior Associate within the HR Business Partner team, your focus lies on addressing client needs, particularly Manager, Associates, and Analysts. You will manage HR-related projects and activities to meet client expectations and business requirements effectively. Your responsibilities include acting as a resource manager and advisor to practice management on various human resources matters such as performance management, coaching, new hire onboarding, and company policies and procedures. You will lead human resource processes to ensure accurate and timely delivery to clients, as well as consult with corporate specialists on pre-employment matters, relocations, work visas, benefits, and leaves of absence. Furthermore, you will coach employees and managers on employee relations matters, guide the team in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, and support the performance management process. Collaborating with Resource Managers, you will help match project opportunities with employee development needs and engage in career management initiatives. Your role also involves identifying process improvement possibilities, analyzing employment practices, participating in special projects, and fostering teamwork and a positive work environment through collaboration with other HR generalists. Additionally, you will attend HR meetings, participate in training workshops, and contribute to staff meetings by presenting HR topics of interest. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree with HR Certification preferred and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in an HR role, particularly in the consulting industry. Prior experience in areas such as new hire integration, policy review, performance management, employee relations, and compensation administration will be advantageous for this position.,
