Job Description

As a HR Senior Associate at Huron, you will be a key member of the HR Business Partner team focused on meeting client needs, particularly for Managers, Associates, and Analysts. Your role will involve managing HR projects and activities to ensure they align with client expectations and business requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as a resource manager and advisor to practice management on various HR matters such as performance management, coaching, on-boarding new hires, and implementing company policies and procedures. - Leading human resource processes and procedures to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent delivery to clients. - Consulting with corporate specialists on pre-employment matters, relocations, work visas, benefits, leaves of absence, etc., and serving as a day-to-day point of contact within the practice for employee HR questions. - Coaching employees and managers on employee relations matters, performance improvement plans, training and development, on-boarding experience for new hires, and performance management processes. - Collaborating with Resource Managers to match project opportunities with employee development needs and other aspects of Career Management. - Monitoring employee morale, identifying trends/issues, and recommending solutions to the HR Director. - Participating in process improvement efforts, analyzing employment practices, preparing trend reports, and making recommendations for practice development. - Taking on key roles in special projects such as testing/rollout of new products/services and fostering teamwork and a positive work environment through collaboration with other HR generalists. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required. HR Certification preferred. - Minimum of 6 years in an HR role, with prior experience in the consulting industry preferred. - Prior experience in areas such as new hire integration, policy review and interpretation, performance management, employee relations, and compensation administration.
