As a part of the HUKSA team, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: - Growth Hacking: - Spearhead high-impact initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in the L&D market swiftly. - Employ a diverse range of strategies including digital campaigns, strategic networking, cold calling, impactful presentations, and innovative growth hacks to address the cold-start challenge effectively. - Client Acquisition and Engagement: - Identify prospective clients, deliver compelling pitches, and oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. - Drive client engagement, promote the exploration of new features, rejuvenate dormant leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Operationalization & Ownership: - Take ownership of projects, comprehend requirements, and collaborate with subject matter experts. - Contribute to the development of frameworks for training sessions and create presentation materials for seamless delivery. - Navigate challenges and ensure smooth execution from ideation through to completion. - Research & Analytics: - Offer insightful analytics to enhance all aspects of the B2B sales strategy and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Proven experience in corporate sales with a specific focus on selling Learning & Development programs. - A solid grasp of corporate training requirements and the ability to align solutions accordingly. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills. - The capacity to cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
