Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals with at least 6 months of experience in a client-facing or sales-related role. As a Senior Associate Education Counselling, you will play a key role in guiding students toward their overseas education goals by understanding their profiles and assisting them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct detailed profile assessments for students and suggest appropriate course and university options.
Explain application procedures, admission requirements, and visa guidelines clearly to prospective students.
Provide timely and accurate information regarding international education opportunities.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with students through calls, messages, and emails.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth counselling and application process.
Maintain a structured database of student interactions and application statuses.
Contribute to monthly targets by converting leads into successful enrolments.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 6 months of experience in education counselling, customer service, or sales-related roles.
Bachelor s degree (any discipline).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and client-handling capabilities.
Ability to multitask and work towards deadlines.

Preferred Profile

Experience in the foreign education domain or student recruitment will be an added advantage.
Candidates with a target-oriented mindset and strong follow-up skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
