Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic freshers with a passion for international education and client service. As an Associate Education Counselling, you will be trained to assist students in exploring opportunities for overseas education, understanding admission processes, and supporting them through their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in conducting profile assessments of students interested in studying abroad.
Support in shortlisting suitable universities and programs under the guidance of senior counsellors.
Provide basic information about overseas education, admission processes, and visa procedures.
Follow up with leads and maintain timely communication with prospective students.
Maintain updated student records in the internal system.
Learn and stay updated on programs, application deadlines, and university offerings.
Participate in training programs to build domain knowledge and counselling skills.

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor s degree (any discipline).
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality.
Ability to take initiative and work under supervision.

Preferred Profile

Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in customer service, sales, or education-related domains.
Immediate joiners preferred.
