Senior Associate Director - Finance Managed Services

Key Responsibilities: - Bring about process improvement and ERP systems exposure in the outsourcing industry with a minimum of 8 years of experience - Hands-on experience in F&A Processes including PTP, RTR, OTC, and FP&A - Demonstrate proven people management skills and experience in managing and working with remote teams - Drive process improvements, project management, and change management initiatives - Possess awareness of internal controls and a detailed knowledge of current and future business processes - Utilize analytical and decision-making skills to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and find effective solutions - Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, focusing on customer needs and satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Commerce Graduate with a qualification in CA/ICWA - MBA / PGDM for applicable roles - Proven experience in the outsourcing industry with a focus on process improvement and ERP systems - Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment - Flexibility, proactivity, and a customer-focused approach - Strong communication skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships - Ability to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and drive improvement initiatives,
