Job Description

Designation: Sr. Executive

Years of experience: 2 to 4 years

Role: Central Sales Support (Strategic Partnership)

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader (Sr. Executive) to manage and streamline the onboarding process (Agent /POSP/PTE / Corporate Agent / IMF etc). The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for onboarding new agents, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and a seamless experience from login to coding.

Lead and manage a team of onboarding executives to ensure timely and accurate onboarding (Agent /POSP/PTE / Corporate Agent / IMF etc)
Monitor daily operations, allocate tasks, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met as per agreed timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT) to resolve onboarding issues.
Review and validate agent documentation for completeness and compliance.
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and agent experience.
Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
Generate and analyze onboarding reports to track progress and highlight bottlenecks.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
Act as the escalation point for complex onboarding cases.

Job Requirement/Skills:

Bachelors degree
2–4 years of experience in onboarding, operations, or partner management, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
Strong understanding of KYC, compliance, and documentation processes.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience in Life insurance Distribution operations or Sales support would be added advantage
