Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Leader (Sr. Executive) to manage and streamline the onboarding process (Agent /POSP/PTE / Corporate Agent / IMF etc). The ideal candidate will lead a team responsible for onboarding new agents, ensuring compliance, documentation accuracy, and a seamless experience from login to coding.

• Lead and manage a team of onboarding executives to ensure timely and accurate onboarding (Agent /POSP/PTE / Corporate Agent / IMF etc)
• Monitor daily operations, allocate tasks, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met as per agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT) to resolve onboarding issues.
• Review and validate agent documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and agent experience.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Generate and analyze onboarding reports to track progress and highlight bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Act as the escalation point for complex onboarding cases.

Job Requirement/Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• 2–4 years of experience in onboarding, operations, or partner management, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
• Strong understanding of KYC, compliance, and documentation processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience in Life insurance Distribution operations or Sales support would be added advantage
