About the role

We’re looking for a meticulous and process-focused Creative QA Specialist to ensure all creative and marketing assets meet the highest standards before reaching our customers. You’ll play a key role in the final line of defence — reviewing everything from digital banners and print collateral to emails and video content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.This role requires exceptional attention to detail, an understanding of brand and legal requirements, and the ability to work at pace across high volumes of creative outputs.

You will be responsible for

- Review a wide range of creative assets (print, digital, email, video) for consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance.- Perform comprehensive checks for layout accuracy, copy errors, formatting issues, image placement, typography, and file naming.- Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines, legal disclaimers, accessibility standards, and campaign briefs.- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, project managers, and channel leads to flag issues and coordinate timely corrections.- Maintain QA checklists, version logs, and asset tracking documentation.- Support rollout of new QA processes, tools, or workflow improvements.- Help enforce a culture of quality and accuracy across creative delivery teams.- Contribute to training or onboarding materials for new creative team members on QA standards.

You will need

- 2–4 years of experience in a QA, proofreading, production, or creative review role — ideally within marketing, retail, or publishing.- Strong working knowledge of file types and formats (PDF, HTML, video, print-ready files, etc.).- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Acrobat, and Photoshop) and project management tools (Adobe Workfront).- Excellent eye for detail, spelling, grammar, layout alignment, and brand accuracy.- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple QA tasks under tight deadlines.- Understanding of accessibility (e.g. WCAG) and legal compliance in creative outputs is a plus.
