Key Accountabilities:

Handle inbound and outbound communication in German and English with clients, partners, and internal teams.

Support the operations and customer service teams by interpreting queries and coordinating with German-speaking counterparts.

Assist in resolving issues related to shipments, documentation, and compliance by engaging with German carriers and agents.

Shipping Documentation: Handle end-to-end shipping import/export documentation back-office process.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Coordinate with shipping lines and other stakeholders.

Mailbox Management: Manage and oversee assigned mailboxes.

Provide timely responses to email queries.

Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status and other relevant information.

Required Qualifications:

German language proficiency at B2 level or higher (preferably Goethe-Institute certified).

Any bachelors degree(UG/PG in Logistics preferred).

1 3 years of experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

Good understanding of international shipping terms (e.g., Incoterms, customs procedures) is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP or logistics software (e.g. eFS, SAP, CargoWise, TMS) will be an advantage.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
