Senior Associate -AR - Inventory Reconciliation

Senior Associate, Inventory Account Reconciliation is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records by performing comprehensive reconciliations between physical stock and accounting balances, investigating variances, and collaborating with finance, operations, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Reconciliations

  
  
  • Perform monthly/Daily reconciliations comparing physical inventory counts to system and ledger balances.
  
  
  • Investigate and analyze variances; identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
  
  



• Reporting & Documentation

  
  
  • Prepare detailed reconciliation reports for month-end and year-end financial close.
  
  
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audit requests.
  
  
  • SOP preparation
  
  

Analytical & Detail Orientation

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving to resolve discrepancies accurately.


• High attention to detail and rigorous documentation skills.

Communication & Collaboration

• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.


• Exposure to audit processes and preparing documentation for auditors

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience



• Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.


• 3 6 years experience in account reconciliations, preferably in inventory or supply chain environments
