Senior Associate Analyst

We are currently looking for Sr. Associate Analyst - U2 to work with our internal team here in Hyderabad (WFO).

Role: Sr. Associate Analyst - U2 (Fulltime/Permanent)

NOTE: As per Tech Mahindra the designation on papers will be "Sr. Associate Analyst - BPS"

Location: Hi-Tech city , Hyderabad

EXP: 1Y till 5Y (Stakeholder/Clients management + Good understanding of PO/Invoice)

Payroll: Tech Mahindra

Shift: 12PM till 9:30PM (2 way free transport will be provided with in the radius of 30Kms)

Work More: WFO (5 Day working/Fixed week offs on Sat & Sun)

Role & responsibilities:

Process Author/Editor contracts via DocuSign/Ironclad to a high degree of accuracy. Oversee & coordinate all signatures are processed in a timely manner; request ISBN & take responsibility for uploading final contract and updating editorial files. Upload final executed contract to contractual archive.

Prepare and process all contributor contracts via DocuSign/Ironclad. Keeping records updated (plus back-log of electronic and digital form contracts) within various subject areas to a high degree of accuracy and subsequently chase and monitor their return to ensure all contracts are processed prior to a typescript entering production. Liaise and update EAs of progression of each project.

To ensure that all relevant permissions have been obtained and paid for as set out in the contract, and that permissions data are included in the text as required & necessary permission data is captured & logged and filed for easy access.

Search on the platform (i.e.Getty/Alamy) for requested image/s, download the image as a JPEG or EPS file and save a copy within the requested folder.

Update corrections to PDF files for manuscripts on spreadsheet and input any necessary information

Take responsibility to enter author/contributor details into Centaur database, covering all contractual aspects of the process and update where necessary

Update & populate contractual delivery data upon ISBN notification in Centaur. Take ownership that correct dates/fields have been activated.

Set up and create new records within Centaur for Elements titles and corresponding SAP record. Draft and send out addendum contracts to authors and on return request ISBN.

Liaise with CEs/EAs on requesting endorsements and following up to meet timelines for processing on back cover of book.
