Role Overview:-
Seeking a meticulous and customer-centric professional for a Customer Service Executive position focused on KYC verification and email support. The candidate should excel in handling customer inquiries, verifying documents, and ensuring an efficient onboarding process—all while maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
Main Responsibilities :-
respond to customer questions via email, chat, and phone.
Carry out KYC verification processes, including ID checks and validation of documents and data.
Draft clear, correct, and courteous emails to customers.
Maintain accurate records in accordance with compliance requirements. Identify issues and refer cases to appropriate departments as needed.
Provide timely follow-up and strive for excellent customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not essential.
1–2 years’ experience in customer service or KYC operations.
Professional written communication abilities and understanding of email etiquette.
Knowledge of KYC documentation and process standards.
Skilled in collating and organizing information.
Familiarity with MS Office applications and CRM tools.
