The role of Digital Transformation F&A Vertical in Kochi (Not Remote) within the Finance & Accounting Digital Transformation department involves leading and driving transformation initiatives. As an experienced Digital Transformation leader, you will strategize, design, and implement innovative digital solutions to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of F&A processes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing digital transformation strategies, driving automation and innovation through technologies like RPA, AI, Analytics, and Cloud, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. You will be responsible for defining and executing digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives, championing automation initiatives, managing stakeholders, overseeing project delivery, driving change management efforts, defining performance metrics, and providing insights for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in finance & accounting with a focus on digital transformation, technical expertise in RPA platforms, AI/ML applications, Analytics tools, and Cloud technologies, project management experience, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Preferred skills for this role include experience with global service delivery models, knowledge of ERP systems, certification in Digital Transformation and/or Six Sigma, and familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards.
