Senior Assistant Relationship Manager-MEL

Role Overview: As a Senior Assistant Relationship Manager in Retail Banking-Rural sales, your main responsibility will be to deepen relationships with Rural Banking accounts and provide excellent service to customers. You will work closely with the Relationship Manager to identify business owners and entrepreneurs in the designated areas, assess their business loan requirements, and drive client acquisition. Your role will involve mapping household needs, conducting end-user checks post loan disbursal, generating revenue through cross-selling, and increasing liabilities business in Rural markets. Additionally, you will be tasked with achieving sales goals, promoting online banking, ensuring high collections efficiency, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage zoning activity to identify household needs in designated villages and areas - Conduct end-user checks post loan disbursal to meet monthly and annual group loan booking targets - Assess client needs, cross-sell products, and generate revenue based on lifestyle and risk profiling - Increase liabilities business through lead generation and account opening - Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales and retention of account relationships - Encourage behavioral changes in customers to promote online banking - Maintain high collections efficiency and ensure accurate documentation of loans and savings accounts - Coordinate with operations officer for timely and accurate data entry Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Prior experience in sales, relationship management, or banking sector preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of rural markets and customer needs - Familiarity with banking products and services - Good analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Details: N/A,
