Senior Assets Coordinator

Position:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets (Procurement Tagging Deployment Maintenance Disposal).
• Handle and maintain accurate data for

  10,000+ IT assets

  across multiple locations.
• Maintain asset inventory using

  Symphony Summit

  (preferred) or any similar Asset Management Tool (e.g., ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Lansweeper).
• Regularly update and reconcile asset data in the tool and physical stock.
• Ensure compliance with IT asset policies, licensing norms, and internal audit requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement, AMC renewals, and warranty tracking.
• Generate accurate reports on asset utilization, movement, depreciation, and compliance.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities ensuring timely asset allocation and recovery.
• Collaborate closely with IT support, procurement, and finance for asset cost control and optimization.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Symphony Summit

  or similar Asset Management tools.
• Proficiency in

  Google Sheets and MS Excel

  with expertise in:

• VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

• Pivot Tables

• Conditional Formatting & Data Validation

• Advanced Reporting and Analysis

• Good understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, and asset lifecycle management processes.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management with exposure to large enterprise environments (10K+ assets).
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• ITIL certification or Asset Management certification is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
