Senior Art Director

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Associate Creative Director - Art, and other team members to develop creative concepts and ideas for advertising and marketing materials
• Develop visual concepts, designs, and layouts that meet clients' requirements and objectives across multiple channels
• Present concepts and designs to clients, taking feedback and making revisions as needed
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to create cohesive and effective campaigns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in design and advertising
• Prepare and deliver final artwork files to printers and other vendors
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of visualizers across 4-6 brands
• Ability to drive conceptualization on briefs so that the involvement of an Associate Creative Director - Art is minimal
• Manage the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Ability to manage team’s workload by delegating tasks efficiently and be a supervisory point of contact for the team of visualizers

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates proficiency in design software and creativity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• 5-6 years of relevant experience preferably in a creative advertising agency/set-up
• Proficiency in leading a team of visualizers
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from an Associate Creative Director - Art
• Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management and time management skills

Preferred:

• Experience working in an agency environment
• Experience with digital media, including social media, email marketing, and web design
• Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite softwares
• Experience leading a team of 3-5 visualizers
