Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Area Sales Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Senior Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned area, managing and developing a sales team, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, conducting market analysis, and devising strategies to achieve sales objectives. The role also involves regular field visits, promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Familiarity with the Ghaziabad market and local healthcare landscape is advantageous
