Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the entire area to drive sales, build product awareness, enhance visibility, and implement merchandising strategies. Your role will involve maintaining consistency in both primary and secondary sales, analyzing and addressing competition and competitor activities, as well as setting deliverables and targets for team members. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement business strategies and action plans, proposing business improvements - Assign targets to team members based on the territory potential and available resources - Forecast sales on a monthly and quarterly basis, monitor team performance, analyze reports, and take necessary actions - Maximize output from retailers and distributors by effectively utilizing product knowledge and skills through Joint FieldWork - Resolve customer complaints and grievances, coordinate with headquarters for brand-related activities, supply chain, finance, and HR Infrastructure Management: - Establish and manage efficient distribution networks for sales by appointing distributors, maintaining stock levels, billing, and collection - Manage CFAs effectively Team Handling & Development: - Coach and mentor team members to align their performance with business plans - Manage TSOs, TSIs, and SOs efficiently, ensuring their development and incentivization - Ensure timely reporting in company-prescribed formats and provide induction and on-the-job training to new team members - Participate in the competency-based recruitment process in coordination with Zonal HR Qualifications: - Graduate with MBA/PGDBM Additional Company Details: Piramal Consumer Products Division, a part of Piramal Pharma Limited, has a rich legacy of over 38 years.
