Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new sales opportunities for medical, laboratory, and analytical equipment. • Maintain and grow relationships with hospitals, research labs, diagnostic centers, and other key clients. • Work with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate equipment solutions. • Collaborate with the project team for infrastructure-based projects (hospital labs, lab furniture, etc.). • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts. • Coordinate with principals / manufacturers (international suppliers) for product sourcing. • Track sales performance and report to management. • Participate in trade shows, conferences, or client visits to promote Labomed’s product portfolio. • Support after-sales contract negotiations (service / maintenance agreements)

Key Responsibilities Channel Development & Management Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors in target markets. Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to ensure consistent business. Conduct regular reviews of dealer performance and ensure achievement of sales targets. Provide ongoing training to dealers on Labomed products, pricing, and promotions. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive sales through the dealership network to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Implement channel sales strategies and promotional campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Support dealers in generating leads, closing sales, and participating in tenders. Operational Coordination Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, logistics, marketing, finance) for smooth order processing and delivery. Ensure proper documentation, dealer agreements, and compliance with company policies. Address channel issues proactively and resolve conflicts when required. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track channel performance metrics, market demand, and product feedback. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on sales performance and market insights. Recommend product improvements, marketing initiatives, and business expansion opportunities.
