Job Title: Senior Architect Experience: 3 to 7 Years Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA (Based on Experience) Employment Type: Full-time Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of high-impact architectural projects. The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with technical proficiency and leadership skills to deliver innovative, sustainable, and client-focused solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead architectural design efforts from concept through completion, ensuring quality and creativity in all project phases. Collaborate closely with clients to define project goals, budgets, and timelines while offering expert guidance and innovative design options. Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and junior architects. Conduct site inspections and provide direction to ensure alignment with design intent, construction quality, and safety standards. Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, construction documents, presentations, and regulatory submissions. Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and sustainable design practices. Mentor and support junior architectural staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; a Master’s degree is a plus. 3 –7 years of professional architectural experience with a portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design tools. Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and materials. Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
