Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural projects and possess a deep understanding of design principles, project management, and client relations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements. Develop and present design proposals, including sketches, renderings, and detailed drawings. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to ensure best practices are applied. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and leading design teams. Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
