Job Title: Senior Architect (3–4 Years Experience) We are looking for a Senior Architect with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be skilled, responsible, and confident in handling both design and on-site coordination. Key Requirements: Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of other design/visualization software is an added advantage). Strong understanding of architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailings. Ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and labour teams effectively. Should be able to handle site visits , supervise work progress, and ensure quality execution. Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the design team. Responsibilities: Preparing and modifying architectural drawings and presentations. Overseeing site execution and ensuring adherence to design standards. Attending client meetings, understanding requirements, and providing timely updates. Coordinating with vendors, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution. Ensuring project timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
