About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development for

  residential and commercial architecture projects

  (offices, retail, mixed-use, etc.).
• Create

  conceptual designs, presentations, and client proposals

  with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
• Prepare & coordinate

  architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation

  .
• Collaborate with

  internal teams, consultants, and clients

  across all project stages.
• Participate in

  client meetings, design reviews, and presentations

  .
• Mentor and guide

  junior team members

  , ensuring quality and detailing.
• Conduct

  site visits

  to support project execution and coordinate with site teams.
• Ensure compliance with

  local codes, building regulations, and timelines

  .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in

  Architecture

  .

• 6–10 years of experience

  in architectural design (residential & commercial).
• Strong

  portfolio

  showcasing design leadership.
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite

  .
• Working knowledge of

  Revit

  (preferred but not mandatory).
• Solid understanding of

  building systems, materials & detailing

  .
• Excellent

  communication, collaboration, and problem-solving

  skills.
• Ability to manage projects

  independently

  with minimal supervision.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in

  residential & commercial projects

  .
• Ability to

  manage multiple projects

  and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with

  local development regulations & approvals process

  .
