Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in Pune. The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, developing innovative design concepts, and ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and comply with relevant regulations. The role involves preparing design plans, collaborating with clients and team members, overseeing technical planning, and coordinating multiple aspects of project delivery. The Senior Architect will also contribute to project management, ensuring timely completions and seamless integration of design solutions into projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Hands on Work Experience of 15 to 20 years with minimum 5 years work experience as Senior Architect in Housing and Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create innovative, functional, and sustainable designs.
• Proficiency in Project Management to lead projects from conception to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and collaboration.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration as it pertains to design and modeling tools.
• Ability to manage, supervise, and coordinate multitiered teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Professional experience in both private and government-driven infrastructure and housing projects is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
