Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and managing projects from start to finish.
• Design Development:Preparing architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring they meet design standards and building codes.
• Technical Oversight:Providing technical guidance on architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
• Team Leadership and Mentorship:Leading and mentoring junior architects, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Working with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:Addressing complex design challenges, resolving technical issues, and making critical decisions.
• Quality Control:Ensuring the quality of design and construction through reviews, site visits, and adherence to specifications.
• Budget and Schedule Management:Monitoring project costs and timelines, and making adjustments as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture .
• Extensive experience in architectural design and project management .
• Proficiency in architectural design software: (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills .
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices .
• Experience in sustainable design and green building practices: is often desirable.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills .
• Project management skills .
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
