JOB DESCRIPTION- Senior Architect
Location : Mumbai
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Progressive thinking and Ability to Multitask.
• Lead Projects from Schematic Design onwards to site execution.
• Coordinate directly with client and all discipline of consultants to progress from Schematic Design to approvals to Detail drawings and finally GFC and execution.
• Guide and head intermediate and junior architects to production of drawings as per project requirements.
Be responsible for the project, take decisions on behalf of the studio.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 4-8 years of working experience.
• Must come from an architectural firm with the ability to work on GFCs & Lead a team.
• Bachelor of Architecture • Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD required.
• Ability to solve problems and apply innovative solutions
