Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in real estate and commercial projects and possess the following qualifications and skills: Key Responsibilities: ·       Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create innovative and sustainable architectural designs for real estate and commercial projects. ·       Lead project development from concept through construction, ensuring the highest standards of quality and adherence to timelines. ·       Provide expertise in zoning and building codes, and secure necessary permits and approvals for projects. ·       Oversee and mentor junior architects and design teams, fostering a creative and productive work environment. ·       Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful project completion. ·       Perform site visits and inspections to ensure that construction aligns with design intent and quality standards. ·       Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns. ·       Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and materials to continually improve project designs and efficiency.
