AI in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end solutions for complex, large-scale enterprise systems.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across the software development lifecycle.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable architecture.
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven tools and practices across SDLC processes.
• Lead architectural reviews, code reviews, and mentor development teams.
• Remain hands-on and actively contribute to coding and prototyping as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 15–22 years of overall IT experience with a strong architecture background.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with

  Python

  and

  AI concepts

  .
• Expertise in at least

  three

  of the following areas:

• Java

• Microservices Architecture

• BPM (Business Process Management)

• React.js

• Angular

• Ability and willingness to write production-quality code when necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive innovation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
