Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Architect with a rare combination of vision, precision, and experience in ultra-luxury residential estates. This is an opportunity to design residences that set new benchmarks in sophistication — sprawling homes of 10,000 sq. ft. and beyond, where every detail is meticulously curated, and every space tells a story.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural vision for landmark residences, from concept sketches to the final signature detail.
• Create timeless, bespoke designs that balance grandeur with intimacy and functionality.
• Oversee and integrate the work of leading consultants in structural engineering, MEP, landscape, lighting, and interiors to deliver a seamless final product.
• Navigate complex site conditions, high-performance building envelopes, and intricate detailing with mastery.
• Collaborate closely with discerning clients to transform aspirations into living architecture.
• Maintain impeccable project documentation and ensure adherence to the highest building standards.
• Conduct site reviews to safeguard design integrity and craftsmanship throughout construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a respected, accredited institution.
• Proven portfolio of at least three completed luxury residential projects of 10,000 sq. ft. or greater.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver ultra-bespoke projects for high-profile, high-net-worth clients.
• Advanced proficiency in CAD, BIM, and visualization tools to present ideas at world-class standards.
• Deep knowledge of architectural styles, high-end finishes, and current luxury lifestyle trends.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a refined sense of client service.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in estate-scale master planning incorporating multiple structures and amenities.
• Knowledge of sustainable luxury design, smart home integration, and advanced building technologies.
• Experience working across diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
• Multilingual communication skills for engaging international clients.

Salary
₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill set).
