Job summary

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with 5-8 years of experience to lead and manage architectural projects in the residential, institutional, industrial, and data center sectors, ensuring innovative design solutions and project delivery within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Lead the conceptual and detailed design phases of residential, institutional, industrial, and data center projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable architecture.
• Project Management: Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initial concept to construction completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance, and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project integration.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure architectural designs comply with relevant codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, STAAD.Pro, Revit, MS-Office, Microsoft Project

Key Requirements

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience as an architect, with a strong portfolio in residential, institutional, industrial, and data center projects.
• Education: Master's/Post-Graduation degree in Architecture (M.Arch) or a relevant field.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between office-based work and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
