Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead and manage multiple architectural projects from concept to completion. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional design skills, and the ability to streamline execution while maintaining quality standards. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to bring innovative ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring smooth coordination.

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Develop project concepts, plans, and timelines.

• Compute man-hours and allocate resources effectively.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with teams and stakeholders.

• Streamline project workflows for timely delivery.

• Team handling and leadership.

• Strong planning, communication, and visualization abilities.

• Project streamlining and concept development.

• Accurate man-hour computation.

Technical Knowledge

• Drafting and scaling.

• Creation of detailed 2D & 3D drawings.

• Material of Construction (MOC) understanding.

Industry Preference
