Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead

  design development

  , planning, and detailing across projects
• Oversee

  working drawings and technical coordination

• Review and mentor work by junior team members
• Manage timelines, quality standards, and project documentation
• Present designs clearly through drawings, renders, and verbal communication
• Stay up-to-date with materials, trends, and regulatory codes

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institute
• Minimum

  3-5 years

  of work experience in architecture and interiors
• Strong command over

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, Adobe Suite

• Preferred expertise (not required, but great to have): 3DS Max
• Experience with

  client meetings and project ownership

• A design portfolio that shows clarity, depth, and versatility
• Excellent time management and solution-driven attitude
• A team player who values process, dialogue, and details
