Role Description

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Managing Partner, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and task management. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Managing Partner's calendar, appointments, scheduling meetings, and ensuring efficient time management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Assist with personal tasks and ad-hoc requests to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Run errands such as vendor coordination, courier handling, or household administrative work
  • Maintain task lists, set reminders, and proactively flag priorities to the Managing Partner
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal team members on behalf of the Managing Partner
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to reduce administrative workload
  • Provide flexible support for unexpected or urgent tasks as they arise


Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma / Diploma / Associate's Degree
  • 1 - 3 years of prior experience as a personal assistant / executive assistant / administrative support
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus
