The Architect will be responsible for developing and implementing architectural design concepts, overseeing project management activities, and ensuring the integration of all project elements. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and stakeholders, creating detailed architectural plans, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion. Architect (5+ Years of Experience) We are seeking an Architect with 5+ years of experience. Candidates should have strong skills in team coordination, planning, designing, technical drawing, conceptual and schematic design formulation, presentations, and client interactions. Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion and Photoshop is essential. Senior Architect (10+ Years of Experience) We are looking for a Senior Architect with over 10 years of experience in planning, designing, and leading architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in team leadership, client coordination, presentation and managing projects from start to finish. Experience in coordination with MEP consultants. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop is required.
