Studio Nitesh is a leading Interior Design and Architectural firm in Jaipur, known for creating innovative, functional, and aesthetic spaces. We are looking for a Senior Architect who can bring creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to our growing team.

Position Overview

The Senior Architect will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, managing client requirements, coordinating with consultants, and mentoring junior designers. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibilities, hands-on technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects end-to-end.
• Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and working drawings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide innovative solutions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
• Oversee site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design-related issues.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Ensure designs meet industry standards, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in the Interior Design/Architectural industry.
• Strong knowledge of design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or similar tools.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Strong project management and team collaboration skills.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and client handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
