Senior architect and project manager

We are seeking a Senior Architect cum Project Manager with 3–5 years of professional experience in high-end residential and commercial design. The role demands a balance of creative architectural design, technical detailing, and hands-on project management, ensuring timely delivery of turnkey projects while maintaining the firm’s standards of luxury, functionality, and precision.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Planning

• Lead concept development, schematic design, and detailed working drawings for premium residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, mood boards, 3D renders, and design presentations.
• Ensure design intent aligns with client requirements, project budget, and functional needs.
• Coordinate with the interior design team for material selection, finishes, and detailing.

Project Management

• Act as the 

  single point of contact

   for clients, consultants, and site teams during project execution.
• Plan, monitor, and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality, progress, and adherence to design specifications.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage approvals, statutory compliance, and consultant coordination (structural, MEP, etc.).

Team Leadership

• Supervise junior architects, interns, and site coordinators, providing mentorship and design guidance.
• Review and approve drawings and BOQs prepared by the team.
• Ensure strong collaboration between design and execution teams.

Quality & Delivery

• Implement quality control systems to maintain premium standards in design and execution.
• Resolve on-site challenges with practical, design-driven solutions.
• Deliver projects within committed timelines and budgets, upholding client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of experience in 

  luxury residential/commercial design and project management

  .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, Photoshop, MS Project/Primavera (or similar).
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and latest design trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to balance 

  creative design vision with technical and managerial execution
